Balancing Specifications
Balancing Specifications
- Dynamic balancing is achieved by rotating parts quickly and then measuring the imbalance using electronic equipment. The imbalance calculated can then be added or subtracted from the component until the vibration of the parts is reduced to the required ISO tolerance. Our balancer has the capability for components with weight up to 1100 kg and a length of 4675mm.
- Drive shaft balancing of up to 4675mm.
- Fans up to 1000mm.
- Power take off shafts (PTO) of up 4675mm.
- Industrial drive line shafts.
- Crankshafts.
